@360guitarfreak actually, the sun gets 1000 million tons lighter every second, and that makes it heat up (in a significant amout of time) and then when it burns up the last of its gasses, it becomes a super massive sun, or a black hole. (i got this from Discovery Channel ) but it will happen in 5 billion years. by that time scientists will figure something out.

Deep down I don't believe? it but i have seen some strange weather. I live in Mass we had a mild winter with 6 inches of snow at the most. it hit 90 in March and people were on the beach. Washington DC got a blizzard with over 2 feet of snow when it hardly ever snows there and they get about 3 inches at the most. and Palm Beach Florida got snow flurries on January 9 2010. and this summer here in Mass has been 90 almost everyday with hardly any rain. so something is definitely wrong.

I never said dec21 2012 at 11:11GMT magnetic poles would reverse, I said that is when the earth passes through the galactic equator and tied that into the fact that every 13k years there is field disruption. I find it odd that there are so many dec21 2012 scenarios and most the people if not all don't realize the astronomical impact of that date.
